5. What shall we do tomorrow? – Well, if it is a nice day, we can go to the beach.
6. Let’s go to the beach. – No, it’s too cold. If it were/was warmer, I wouldn’t mind going. (were is more grammatical, namely were is used for all persons, though was can be found in more informal speech)
7. Did you go to the beach yesterday? – No, it was too cold. If it had been warmer, we might have gone.
8. If you had enough money to go anywhere in the world, where would you go?
9. I’m glad we have a map. I’m sure we would have got lost if we didn`t have one. (this is a mixed conditional III+II, because something would have happened in the past, without X (a map in this case, that these people still have)` Izgubili bismo se da NEMAMO ( a ne da nismo imali). We could have said `if he hadn`t had a map, in that case it would have meant `da nismo imali mapu`.
10. The accident was your fault. If you had driven more carefully, it wouldn’t have happened.
11. Why do you read newspapers? – Well, if I didn`t newspapers, I wouldn’t know what was happening in the world.
